1. No Returns Accepted (Except for Damaged Items)
We do not accept returns unless the item is received damaged.
All sales are final. That’s why we ask you to measure your pup’s head before confirming the size to ensure the perfect fit.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@waggytopps.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
